Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013
Turbofix is committed to protecting personal information and processing it responsibly in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

Where Turbofix communicates marketing information electronically, such communication will be handled in accordance with applicable legislation.
Recipients may request at any time that Turbofix stop sending direct marketing communications.
Retention
Turbofix will not retain personal information for longer than necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected unless continued retention is required or permitted by law.
